I keep hearing about people who are wondering if they should buy a house in Nine Mile Falls because it is a good investment. In my opinion, it is more about quality of life, family, and other factors can influence where you choose to live ... and how happy you are living there. We have seen that homes are no longer ATM's, so you should love where you live.
