The Fargo market seems to be stabilizing. I am contemplating fixing up my house before I sell it, but in this market, I am not sure if it is wise to spend any more money. Does anyone else have a similar experience with their home in __CIT__?

Fixed Rate Loan?

I read somewhere that less people are getting 30 year fixed loans. What are some of the other options? I read about a couple different ones, but am a little confused. I have a credit score over 690, and am having some issues finding a good loan.
