I keep hearing about people who are wondering if they should buy a house in Buckhannon because it is a good investment. In my opinion, it is more about quality of life, family, and other factors can influence where you choose to live ... and how happy you are living there. We have seen that homes are no longer ATM's, so you should love where you live.

Does anyone think the Buckhannon real estate market is starting to flatten out? Is it a good time to buy? I have been sitting on the sidelines for a while now, and am ready to get into the market.
