Fixed Rate Loan?

I read somewhere that less people are getting 30 year fixed loans. What are some of the other options? I read about a couple different ones, but am a little confused. I have a credit score over 690, and am having some issues finding a good loan.

Getting Out From Under a Large Loan?

Like a lot of people, I took a large home loan in Bosque. This loan is causing a lot of problems, and I need to get out from under it. I saw some of the debt consolidation and refinance sites, but is there something people have used that works?
