I keep hearing about people who are wondering if they should buy a house in Boonville because it is a good investment. In my opinion, it is more about quality of life, family, and other factors can influence where you choose to live ... and how happy you are living there. We have seen that homes are no longer ATM's, so you should love where you live.

Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker in Boonville ? I need to find someone who will loan on bad credit. I know it is hard to get a loan with great credit, but I am in a bind and need someone who knows how to deal with this.
